Medsin Scottish Global Health Day
Medsin-UK Scottish Regional Conference Saturday 7th March – Edinburgh
Medsin-Edinburgh is delighted to be hosting the Scottish Regional Conference. The theme of the conference will be ‘The Social Determinants of Health’, following the release of Michael Marmot’s WHO Report of the same name in September. The event will run from 10-5pm with accommodation available on Friday and Saturday night for those who need it. We have a fantastic speaker line-up and the afternoon will include a ‘Question Time’ style discussion to give you plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share ideas about how to tackle health inequalities locally and globally! The cost for the day will be £5, including lunch and coffee/tea/snacks.
UAEM will be hosting a workshop there on Access to Medicines.
